Meet our Medical Director! Dr. Gabriel Rodriguez-Tellado is a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician in Pensacola, FL. His journey into medicine is uniquely inspiring: after suffering a severe traumatic brain injury in 2005, he endured a coma and extensive rehabilitation. This profound personal experience fueled his determination to become a doctor, leading him to specialize in PM&R.

He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Florida. His dedicated focus is on enhancing functional ability and quality of life for those with physical impairments. Dr. Rodriguez-Tellado's first-hand understanding of recovery allows him to provide compassionate and effective care for conditions such as chronic pain, intervertebral disc disease, and gait abnormalities.
